Re-Centering Your Space Around Thoughtful Systems
Equilibrium is rooted in a commitment to empathy, authenticity, and practicality. I specialize in supporting overwhelmed parents and families going through life transitions (moves, new babies, separations, etc.) with thoughtfully designed systems that support you. But my clientele is not limited to that subpopulation; I’m excited to work with a broad array of diverse households across the Triangle - parents and non-parents, single people, empty nesters, and households of all sizes and configurations!
My process begins with a down-to-earth conversation about what matters most to you in your home , including the parts of your space that are supporting you and the ones that aren’t.
From there, I work with you to develop new organization systems tailored to your daily routines and needs. My approach is pragmatic and humanistic. I believe that if your household feels unmanageable, there is likely a structural issue at stake. One that we can solve together with creative thinking (and a little elbow grease).
The goal is not only to organize your space, but to develop systems that help you establish your own personal equilibrium—allowing you to exhale, rest, connect, and thrive.
